Thanks for your thoughts, this post was really insightful. I was encouraged as I am trying to fast unhelpful, thoughts that spiral into wasted time and hijack hours. I really love your substack posts. I find myself rereading often. Write on!

I just ordered Elizabeth Elliot: A Life, and plan to read it as well.
