LOVE the new habit!! I also Try to read fiction before bed :) sometimes I get lost in Britbox or in the villages of Grantchester:) Plus, I cannot wait to grab a copy of Johann Hari's new book! Heard his interview on a podcast recently and was quite fascinated!
Hey Jen, I heard him on The Gray Area with Sean Illing. He does not talk about this book, i think it’s mentioned in the intro but he does share his Ozempic journey and some of the history of the challenges he navigated with Wikipedia. I find him a very interesting and thoughtful writer but he has gone through some crazy stuff and his weight loss journey was kind of huge given what he said about drugs. You know his story with plaigiarism right?
Adding the first two to my reading list
I hope they are helpful!

I haven’t heard him on a podcast yet! Actually, now that you mention it, it seems rather strange! Which one did you listen to?

I don't! I really don't know anything about him!
I’m currently studying spiritual formation, so I’m looking forward to the Dryden book!
Let me know what you think!
I love your reflections on STOLEN FOCUS! (and the anecdotes about the book's misplacement. LOL)
Thank you again for the gift!
